Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Flipminis provides a fair cancellation policy for both buyers and sellers.
For Buyers:
- Before Order Acceptance/Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before the seller has accepted or shipped the product. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
- After Shipping: Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible to return the product after delivery, subject to the Return Policy.
For Sellers:
Sellers reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock.
- The buyer's address or contact details are found to be incomplete, incorrect, or fake.
- The delivery location is unserviceable by the courier partners.
If a seller cancels your order, a full refund will be processed automatically.
2. Return and Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong item, color, size, etc.).
- The product is missing parts or accessories.
- The product quality is significantly different from the description.
How to Request a Refund:
- Go to the "My Orders" section in the Flipminis app or website.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- Click on the "Return/Refund" tab.
- Upload clear images or videos of the product showing the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.).
- Submit your request with a brief description of the problem.
Refund Process:
- Verification: Once you submit a refund request, the seller and/or Flipminis admin will review the evidence provided.
- Approval: If the request is valid, the return/refund will be approved.
- Return Pickup: In most cases, the seller will arrange for a return pickup. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Refund Initiation: After the seller receives the returned product and verifies its condition, the refund amount will be transferred.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed directly by the seller or through the Flipminis platform. The amount will be refunded via:
- UPI Transfer: Directly to your provided UPI ID.
- Bank Transfer: Directly to your bank account.
- Original Payment Method: If applicable, the amount may be reversed to the source account (Credit/Debit Card, Wallet, etc.).
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal hygiene products
- Customized or personalized items
Please check the product description for specific return eligibility before purchasing.
